Important dates

Abstract Submission:

Abstract submission is open between November 17th, 2025, and February 15th, 2026.

Abstract submission deadline extended to February 28th, 2026.

Notification on talk or poster:

You will be informed of acceptance for talk or poster by March 4th, 2026.

Registration deadline:

The registration deadline is on April 30th, 2026. Due to a cap on the number of participants at the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and the excursions to companies and research institutes, priority will be given to IAWS fellows. Additional places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation with refunding:

If you need to cancel your conference participation, we can refund the paid conference fee until March 31st, 2026. No refund of expenses after this deadline.
